2026 Dodge Charger SixPack: Specs, Price, and Performance of the New Turbocharged I6 Muscle Car

The Dodge Charger SixPack is making a bold return to the muscle car scene for the 2026 model year, now powered by a new generation of 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six Hurricane engines. Available in two performance levels — standard-output and high-output — the SixPack lineup brings back the internal-combustion thrill after over a year of electric-only Charger models.

Engine Options and Power Output

  • Standard-Output SixPack:
The entry-level Dodge Charger R/T is equipped with the standard-output 3.0L turbocharged I6, delivering 420 hp (426 PS) and 468 lb-ft (635 Nm) of torque through an eight-speed automatic transmission. Power is sent to all four wheels via a standard all-wheel-drive (AWD) system, with a front axle disconnect feature for rear-wheel power preference.
Despite being the “less potent” version, it still outperforms the previous generation’s 5.7-liter V8, which produced 370 hp.
  • High-Output SixPack:
The Dodge Charger Scat Pack features the high-output 3.0L Hurricane I6, producing 550 hp (558 PS) and 531 lb-ft (720 Nm) of torque. This extra punch comes from 30 psi of boost courtesy of dual 54-mm Garrett turbochargers. Engine upgrades include a forged steel crankshaft, forged connecting rods, and forged aluminum pistons cooled by oil jets.

Performance Engineering

Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and AWD with a disconnectable front axle. The high-output variant uses 9.5:1 compression ratio pistons for high boost tolerance, while the standard-output runs 10.4:1 compression with lower 22 psi boost.

The Charger Scat Pack also benefits from six-piston Brembo brakes and 14.96-inch front rotors for maximum stopping power.

Design and Interior Features

Sharing its design language with the electric Dodge Charger Daytona, the SixPack models boast an aggressive yet modern muscle car aesthetic. Inside, you get a 12.3-inch center touchscreen and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, creating a driver-focused cockpit.

The liftback design offers practicality with 37.4 cubic feet (1,059 liters) of cargo space when the rear seats are folded. Suspension setup includes a multi-link front and four-link independent rear system for improved handling.
