Garagisti GP1: The $3.14M British V12 Supercar Bringing Back the Golden Age of Analogue Driving

The Garagisti GP1 is turning heads in the automotive world — and for good reason. This British-built masterpiece combines the romance of the golden era of analogue supercars with cutting-edge engineering, delivering a rare blend of raw performance and refined grand touring comfort. With a naturally aspirated 6.6-litre V12, a six-speed manual gearbox, and a carbon-fibre monocoque chassis, the GP1 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting supercars in recent years.

Weighing just 1,000 kg dry (2,204 lbs), the GP1 is powered by a completely bespoke V12 engine, developed with the expertise of Italtecnica. Producing 800 hp at 9,000 rpm and over 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque, this engine promises a visceral, motorsport-inspired soundtrack. The Brembo braking system, Ohlins suspension, and XTrac manual transmission further cement its credentials as a driver’s dream.

But the GP1 is not just built for the track. Garagisti has ensured it’s a true GT tourer, offering a comfortable ride, controlled cabin noise, and practical luggage space for long-distance drives. Designed by Angel Guerra — whose portfolio includes the Bugatti Bolide, Rimac Nevera, and Bugatti Mistral — the GP1 sports a clean, aerodynamic wedge shape with some of the largest rear diffusers ever fitted to a road car, maximising ground effect.

Inside, the cabin embraces minimalism, with no digital screens and every essential control within easy reach of the driver. Buyers can fully customise their GP1, choosing from a wide range of colours, trims, and finishes, creating a truly bespoke supercar.

Production will be extremely limited, with only 25 units planned, each priced at £2.45 million GBP ($3.14 million USD / €2.89 million EUR / £2.45 million GBP / RM14.7 million MYR) before taxes. The first 12 buyers will join Garagisti’s “Open Doors” programme, offering exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the design and engineering process across Europe.

“Our vision for Garagisti was born from a simple question,” says Mario Escudero, co-founder of Garagisti & Co. “What if the golden age of analogue supercars never ended? What would they look like today if they evolved with new technology but kept their soul? The GP1 is our answer.”

With its combination of lightweight engineering, analogue purity, and modern performance, the Garagisti GP1 could be the ultimate tribute to the golden age of supercars — if it delivers on its bold promises.
